Cancellation Policy
• Appointments MUST be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 12hours or less will result in a 50% charge of the appointment service.
• Same-day cancellations will be $99 charge
& no call/no show clients will be charged 100% of the service rate that was booked.
No exceptions will be made moving forward.
When you give us enough time we are able to fill your spot and make a client very happy who is waiting for an appointment. We hope you understand that as a small business it's hard for us to fill last minute cancellations or no shows there for we have this policy in place.
